Recent Work

This body of work began with a personal challenge: to stop creating for approval and start creating from instinct. To allow curiosity, imagination and experimentation to be my influences.

Centred on nature and the changing seasons, this gallery follows landscapes, plants and trees from October 2025 through winter and into 2026. It explores how light, weather and time transform familiar environments, sometimes subtly, sometimes dramatically.

The work moves between observation and expression. While rooted in natural forms, it experiments with abstraction, atmosphere and emotion. Different photographic techniques are used to push beyond documentation and into interpretation.

Alongside digital practice, analogue film plays an important role in this project. Using vintage SLR cameras, the slower, more deliberate process of film photography expands both technical knowledge and artistic perspective. The unpredictability of film, its grain, texture and imperfections becomes part of the creative dialogue.

This project is not about perfection. It is about giving myself permission.
